I'm Sue, and I help empty nesters lose weight.

I’m a proud mother of two grown boys, married to an amazing man, and fur mom to our sweet Golden Retriever puppy who can usually be found curled up by my feet in my home office.

I am an Integrative Nutrition Coach as well as a Certified Life and Weight Loss Coach.

I’m on a mission to help midlife women like me, women who have raised families, put their own health on the backburner, but who see this new period of their lives as an opportunity to create the health, energy, and vitality they’ve always desired.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my weight; losing and regaining the same pounds over and over again. I was always trying a new diet hoping to find the one thing that would finally work.

I felt completely out of control around certain food. If it was in front of me, I had trouble resisting it. I would get mad at my ex-husband if he even brought chips or candy into the house. It was easier to blame him than to look at myself and explore why I couldn’t control myself.

It got more challenging to keep my weight off in my 40’s when I was peri-menopausal.

So, I got curious about how we relate to food, and I learned the reason WHY I felt so out of control. The answer changed everything for me.

It is possible to end your lifelong struggle around food. Stop beating yourself up. You know what you want: to live a better life… a life free from yo-yo dieting, guilt, shame, and low self-esteem.
